Please note that our portal is only available for users over the age of 13. However, we still have a range of awesome materials available for younger learners! Check out our materials for under-13s here.

When you sign up to the S4 portal, we will ask for:

✅ Consent Box – to contact you in the future about how you use our materials.

The University (S4 Project) will use your information to:

🎓 Provide evidence for funding for science workshops

👉 When you sign up, you will fill out a form. If you want to be contacted, tick the consent box.

💻 All the information you give us is stored safely and securely on our website. If you want us to delete your account, email us!

📧 Email Contact – If you consent, a member of the S4 team may contact you in the future.

 

Who receives your information?

Data from the S4 Portal may be processed outside of the S4 Project. All your information will be kept private and anonymous, one will be able to find out that it was your data.

 

How long will your data be held?

We will keep your data for 6 years.
